The unit is designed with a new, high-temperature heat block; a new, ceramic-coated transition tube; a vibration-dampening feature, reinforced sealing properties; and small, vibration-resistant connectors suitable for 3D printers in closed environments. Mechanical Seal Parts
The hotend is equipped with a wear-resistant tungsten carbide nozzle. The high thermal performance of the tungsten carbide keeps the nozzle tip hot to allow fast 3D printing speed while maintaining quality.
