Here are some ideas for quick, last minute Halloween costumes that are waterproof, incorporating umbrellas, rain slickers and trash bags.

When I was growing up, we had one really wet Halloween. My dad used a black trash bag to turn my sister into a California Rasin.

It was fast thinking. Here are some other ideas we brainstormed in the office of other rain-friendly costumes.
